NEW THIS YEAR:

Friday night (May 15th, 2026), we are excited to offer an evening of time together while we share a meal and have a reminder as to

why mental health matters. Auction or Silent Auction (to be determined) for a few high-value donations. 

​Dinner will be at 6 pm, taco bar catered by the River Club. The cost of the meal is $25. We plan to keep it to about an hour;

succinct and meaningful is the goal!  If you join us for early check-in and join us for dinner, your guest fee will be waived to

access the courts Friday night. Open play is available until 8:30 pm (so the tournament crew can finalize setup

for Saturday/Sunday). 

Guests are welcomed and encouraged to join us for dinner. Please pay for your guests as the main registrant.

We are capping dinner to 120 participants. 

Players can enjoy early check-in on Friday starting at 4:30 pm. *Team captain can check in for the entire team*

We encourage early check-in to expedite the tournament start on Saturday and Sunday. Check-in will occur in the main lobby

area of the River Club on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, check-in will be towards the covered courts.

accidental registrations or inclement weather. 

                                              A few reminders:

-All teams consist of 4 players.
- Register via the registration page. 
*TEAM NAME ALLOWS US TO GROUP REGISTRATIONS TOGETHER*

Please be clear on your team name; errors cause a lot of headaches

in tracking down who is playing with whom. 
-Registration is complete when all team members

have submitted registration

dues.

Payment can be made via VENMO @growinghappiness or via the

website through the donate button.

Please email us a note confirming your

division and team name if you choose to submit payment via the website. 

If you use venmo, please use the note space to list your division and team

name.
